Orders and delivery

How much is shipping? Shipping charges are shown at checkout for your items and destination. Items that ship separately may have separate charges. Review the total before paying.

How long will my order take? Delivery timing varies by item and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need gear by a particular date, so we can confirm the available estimate for your selected items.

Where do you ship? The contiguous United States for now.

How do I track my order? You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as each parcel ships. You can also open the link in your order confirmation email to see its status at any time.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box? Some items ship separately so nothing waits on the slowest item.

Returns

Can I return something? Yes — unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start. See Returns & Warranty for the details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it, shipping included.

Gear questions

How do I choose a size? Each clothing listing shows the maker's size guide. If you're between sizes for a shell or insulated layer, size up to fit a layer underneath.

Why are some weights missing? We only show a weight when we trust the figure. If it isn't listed, we haven't confirmed it yet.
