How long delivery takes

Most VÅGSLAND gear ships directly from our manufacturing partners in China. That keeps the price down and it makes delivery slower than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Standard delivery

14–24 business days from the day your order is processed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and customs

All duties and import fees are included in the price you pay. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

If your order is late

If it has been more than 30 business days and tracking hasn't moved, email us and we'll either replace the order or refund it in full. No argument.
