Returns

If the gear isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

Email us with your order number and we'll send a return label. For orders over $75 we cover return shipping. Under $75, return postage is yours.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Send a photo. We'll replace it or refund it immediately and you don't need to send anything back. That's on us, not you.

Warranty

Every item carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — failed seams, broken buckles, delaminating fabric, zips that give out under normal use.

Wear from ordinary use, damage from misuse, and the natural end of a consumable part (pole tips, for example) aren't covered.

What we won't do

We won't argue you out of a legitimate claim. If something we sold you failed and it shouldn't have, we fix it.
